Death: Woman Dies From Covid-19 After Being Denied Vaccine Seven Times Due to “live Virus”, Lawsuit

Covid-19 vaccination rates in the United States are among the highest in the world. A total of 251.9 million people have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, including around 213.7 million people who have received it.

The Johnson & Johnson single-dose vaccination or the two-dose series developed by Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna, according to the most recent statistics from the CDC.

Nearly 91.4 million people elected to acquire the third booster dosage of the Covid-19 vaccinations, which gives the maximum protection now given against the fatal virus, including the Omicron strain, in addition to those who are already partially or fully inoculated. This indicates that 42.8% of those who were previously fully vaccinated have elected to do so again, and the number is projected to rise shortly.

While over 91 million people choose the greatest choice available to them, others are struggling to acquire a single injection. Because she had multiple sclerosis, N. Regnier’s family is suing the hospital because they refused to vaccinate her seven times against the Covid-19 virus, which led to her death after she contracted the virus.

As ABC 7 originally reported two weeks ago, Regnier’s family is suing Kaiser Hospital because they refused to vaccinate her seven times over a few months. After all, the shots contained a “live virus,” which is incorrect. An engaged community member and “healthy mom,” Regnier caught the virus while working as a realtor. She died in December.

Regnier was put on a new MS treatment regimen in February of last year, which reduced her immune system’s ability to fight the disease. Because the vaccines contain a “live virus” although none of them does, she was told she was ineligible for an injection when she requested one. The attorney who now represents the family said she requested vaccinations seven times in the next six months, but each time was refused.

Della Donna, an attorney, indicated recently that the Covid-19 vaccination is necessary for those who are immunocompromised.

The Covid-19 shots remained a mystery to Regnier until last August when she decided to speak with her neurologist about them. He allegedly told her that everything the Kaiser hospital had told her regarding vaccines was false and urged Regnier to be vaccinated right away. Regnier went to the Kaiser hospital two days after their phone call to get the shot, and the test came back positive.

Antibiotics and steroids were used to treat Regnier since it was too late for a vaccine, according to the attorney. He chose to discharge her from Kaiser as soon as they were denied monoclonal antibody treatment for Regnier’s deteriorating condition. Because of this, they returned to Kaiser where she later died, having been advised that antibody treatment was already too late in the second hospital.

Eric Dubin, one of the attorneys representing the family, stated, “Two times, this husband depended on Kaiser for medical counsel and twice they failed him.” “It’s a heartbreaking situation.”

The idea that you should not get the vaccine because it’s a live vaccine is just plain false. In addition, the vaccine is required for anyone with a compromised immune system. That’s why we’re putting in the work. It’s important to us that her death isn’t in vain,” the attorney said.
